Under its Royal Charter, the CII is under an obligation to publish its disciplinary decisions.
Publication includes the name of the Respondent, the Respondent’s employer and a description of the offence along with the sanctions imposed.
This information is published below, and the CII magazines.
Disciplinary and appeals decisions
Where a member (or an examination candidate) is disciplined a notice is posted on one of the following pages:
- CPD decisions
- Breaches of examination and/or assessment regulations
- Breaches of the CII Code of Ethics
- Breaches of CII copyright
- FCA/FSA final notice
- Failure to comply with requirements
