I joined the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2021 as a customer services assistant. Providing great customer focused service I have recently transferred my skills and knowledge of the business to the Corporate Development Team.
Prior to working for the CII I worked in Education. This ignited my passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Having now gained a vast knowledge of the CII I can assist members in their professional development through our qualifications and courses. I’m keen to explore the learning needs for each individual / business and finding solutions to support them on their journey.
In my spare time I enjoy long walks along the seafront and running. I am not great or as regular as I should be and my longest distance to date in a half marathon!
